Job Description :
- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment process
- Actively source for talent / suitable candidates, conduct interviews with potential candidates
- Psychological assessment administration, scoring, analysis, and interpretation
- Closely monitoring and follow up recruitment progress
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor degree in management, psychology, law or social
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
- Has good interpersonal skill and analytical thinking skill
- Has basic knowledge in labour, recruitment process and training
