Operation Head (Kurir & Logistik)

Job Description :

• Ensure that all customer service levels are met and continually improved on
• Support the Branch Manager in achieving operational excellence
• Manage people and deadlines efficiently
• Regularly review all aspects of operational & people performance for continuous improvement
• Lead & support interactions with external bodies (transportation authorities, fire & emergency departments, customs etc) to gain input, agreement or approval for actions
• Develop and maintain an effective network of contacts who can facilitate & influence problem resolution & goal achievement
• Manage and control diverse aspects of safety & security for an assigned area ensuring ongoing compliance with defined Company standards & wide-ranging legislative requirements
• Train, assess & develop staff on driving, handling of items, customer service, and distribution functions

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in any field
• Has good operational skill & interpersonal skill
• Minimum experience : 5 years in related field
