Management Development Manager

Requirements:

• Have 5-7 years in related function Experience in Managing & facilitate Leadership Development Program and other management development program 
• Experience in Managing corporate wide improvement and innovation also in corporate culture development
• Knowledge related events (knowledge sharing, best pracitice dissemination, executive seminar, and other)
• Experience in coordinating corporate learning institute/university
